Aerial Dance (Open-Level) welcomes all aerial learners, from beginners building confidence to experienced movers refining their flow, and is ideal for those ready to transition from beginner to pre-intermediate. This class builds on foundational skills with blend technique, strength work, and expressive sequencing to help you develop smooth transitions and a deeper connection with the hammock.
It's slow and gentle class suitable for beginners to all levels, focusing on deep muscle stretching, flexibility, joint mobility, and releasing tension. Ideal for recovery, stress relief, and improving range of motion.
